jilasia may disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, or other Philippine government authorities where required by law, court order, or regulatory directive. 7.3 No Sale of Personal Data

jilasia does not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third-party marketers or data brokers under any circumstances. Your personal information is not a commercial product.

7.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of jilasia's business, your personal data may be transferred to the successor entity. You will be notified of any such transfer and the applicable privacy terms before the transfer takes effect.

8. Data Retention

jilasia retains your personal data for as long as your account remains active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable law. Specifically:

Your continued use of the jilasia Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
