You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilasia account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jilasia will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jilasia immediately via live chat or email.
jilasia may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. jilasia reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied. Any remaining balance after applicable fees will be returned to the Player upon request within a reasonable period.

Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jilasia's servers, the server-side result shall be the definitive record. jilasia uses independently audited random number generators (RNG) for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
jilasia reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. jilasia reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination for cause, jilasia may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold real money balances pending investigation.
Players may close their jilasia account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real money balance (after deduction of applicable fees) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
jilasia reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
